Digital Works Supervision System
A Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) is an online platform that serves as a centralized portal for the efficient submission and approval of various construction-related documents, including RISC (Risk Index Summary and Control), site diaries, site safety reports, cleansing inspections, labor return records, and more. Recognizing its significance in enhancing project management, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Development Bureau made it mandatory to implement DWSS in capital work contracts exceeding HK$300 million starting from April 2020.
